Order time and stock availability

I hold a limited number of designs and pieces in stock, ready to be shipped. However, many items are handmade to order, due to their bespoke and personalised designs, and will therefore require additional time to craft and despatch. 

 

Please do bear this in mind when placing your order - feel free to get in touch, prior to ordering, to confirm exact delivery time or if you require any further information.

Delivery and shipping

Delivery cost and shipping time will be confirmed at the time of placing your order, subject to the number of items ordered and your exact preferences or requirements - for example, the urgency of your order (e.g. Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail 2nd Class, Royal Mail Special Delivery); whether you require tracking (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class / 2nd Class); and so on.

Alternatively, free collection is available from Abergele in Conwy County Borough, North Wales (postcode sector LL22 7) - just let me know when you are placing your order.

 

When your order is ready for collection you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation information with you when collecting.
